<p>By placing an order with Kids Kits, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth process for both you and our team.</p>
<p>All products are made to order and customised based on the details you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is correct before placing your order.</p>

<h3><strong>Orders</strong></h3>
<p>All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.</p>
<p>Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended if production has started.</p>
<p>Please ensure all details such as sizes, names, numbers and badge selections are correct before completing your purchase.</p>

<h3><strong>Custom Products</strong></h3>
<p>All items are custom made to your specifications, including personalisation and printing.</p>
<p>Because of this, products cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty.</p>
<p>We recommend checking size charts carefully before ordering to ensure the correct fit.</p>

<h3><strong>Pricing</strong></h3>
<p>All prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.</p>
<p>Additional charges may apply for upgrades such as printing, branded socks or custom options, which will be clearly shown before checkout.</p>

<h3><strong>Production & Delivery</strong></h3>
<p>All items are produced after order confirmation.</p>
<p>We aim to complete and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 weeks. During busy periods, this may extend to 2 to 3 weeks.</p>
<p>Once dispatched, full tracking information will be provided.</p>

<h3><strong>Our Process</strong></h3>
<p>After your order is placed, our design team will create mockups showing your full design, including badges and personalisation.</p>
<p>Production will begin once you have confirmed that you are happy with the design.</p>
<p>Final images may be provided before dispatch to ensure everything meets expectations.</p>

<h3><strong>Liability</strong></h3>
<p>Kids Kits is not responsible for errors in the information provided at checkout, including incorrect sizes, spelling mistakes or incorrect selections.</p>
<p>We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including courier delays or peak seasonal demand.</p>
