Refund policy
At Kids Kits, all products are made to order and customised specifically for you. This includes elements such as team badges, sponsor logos and personalisation.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or ordering errors.
We strongly advise all customers to check our size charts carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure, please contact us via our live chat before purchasing and we will be happy to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange a replacement.
To be eligible for this, you must:
- Contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order via our live chat
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
- Ensure the item is unworn, unused and in brand new condition
Once reviewed and approved, we will organise a replacement as quickly as possible.
We do not offer refunds in these cases, replacements will be provided instead.
Incorrect Orders
Please ensure that all details submitted at checkout are correct, including:
- Sizes
- Names and numbers
- Badge and sponsor selections
As all items are custom produced, we cannot make changes or offer refunds once production has started.
